"Tickets purchased through the webshop can be paid by credit card or advance payment option. Event partners in ticket sales reserve the right to apply their own billing...

You bought tickets from the authorized seller.

Tickets were available for purchase.

The money was taken from your account by the relevant...

That is a receipt showing your payment for goods which has been authorized and acknowledged. The funds were taken from your bank account.

That's so much bullshit.

If you have an order number and payment was taken then you should have a ticket. You had to click the box thing to say you agreed the transaction so by the same token...

Yes - drinks at my hotel which is far away from the venu and has one of the best stocked bars in the town.

Looks like pretty much all the tickets were sold via the Slovenian site :mad:

I know...it was like the site allowed everyone to get tickets in their baskets then blew a fuse trying to process all the payments.

Same - 4 times had tickets in my cart but couldnt pay because of that voucher thing. Watched the clock get to zero and the tickets disappear from my basket.

One time I got straight into the payment...

My hotel has a good bar and is 30 mins from the venue. Might just have to stay there for the evening....dont want to venture into town and suffer the agony of hearing but not seeing.

I sent an email complaining.

Wont do any good but want them to be swamped with angry emails. So shitty to have tickets in the basket but unable to complete the transaction and watch them time out...
