Smile AUS & NZ Tour 2011

"Good morning AUS + NZ. So.... Are you guys gonna be around tomorrow ? Checkin the facebooks & stuff ? Kinda have something we should talk about....cough cough.. rock tour.. cough cough.."

AWESOME!!!

Hoping for a Christchurch concert, so grateful for their awesome fundraiser in Auckland earlier this year... We are now ready for them and it would be exactly what this city needs!

Fingers crossed!

If they wanted to play New Zealand in late September, that would be awfully convenient of them...

I'm gonna make an assumption towards late November/ early December... I'm inclined to think the previous rumours with Tenacious D and the Living End are true.
Fuckin' stadium shows, man

Yeah, figured more likely then. To be honest, if they were doing stadiums in NZ it would have to be then to avoid clash with the rugby.

Default Re: AUS & NZ Tour 2011 - Gold Coast ticket for sale!!!

Hey guys, I have 1 general admission ticket for the Gold Coast gig that I need to get rid of. A good mate had to change his 30th party date at the last minute, so I can't go to the gig! Please drop me an email if you'd be interested. I'd prefer to sell it to someone in Brisbane (where I am), so as to arrange collection (its probably too late to post) in person. Ticket is worth $134.74, so I'll sell for $130. Cheers guys. Enjoy the show for me!!!!

Night two in Melbourne was definitely the best of three.
And that's it for me, I'm exhuasted. It was nice to meet everyone that I did and I hope the rest of you enjoy the rest of the tour.
Wish I could join you but the real world calls. And I fuckin' hate Sydney

The sydney show was awesome, but the crowd was shit. Hardly any movement at all.

I don't know where you were standing/sitting but there was a fuckload of movement down the front. I'm sore as hell today from getting elbows, fists and heads hitting every part of my body.

Sydney concert was phenomenal! Monkey Wrench was friggen beautiful with everyone putting up their lights during the breakdown.

Chris is stepping up his game! He was showing off more and walking around the stage more during his solos, pumping up the crowd. I love him.

Dave was hilarious as usual. Talking shit(jokingly) about the people with the shitty seats(like me). Tenacious D were hilarious during tie your mother down.

I love how they've improved so much from like 5-6 years ago, they're changing up songs, adding nice jams here and there and showing their great talent.

Everyone was playing perfect, great setlist, best concert I've ever been to etc etc.
