Key tip if you're driving, park at the station instead of the Bowl so you don't have to sit for hours getting out of the venue. We did that in 2011 and were on the motorway heading home within 25mins of the gig ending. We then hit M1 traffic though thanks to some idiot planning major bridge replacement road works the same night as a huge gig at the Bowl...1hr 45min journey turned into 7hours!
Thanks! Don't know if I am training it or driving to the venue yet, depends on what mate wants to do? Do the trains or buses run late after the gig?

If you are driving you could stay in Stony Stratford, Aylesbury, Buckingham, Bicester, Towcester, Luton, or try another town with trains to MK - either Northampton or Bedford maybe.

Just received this from promoters after I enquired regarding rebooking accessible seating:

We have been told by our ticketing department that all customers who booked via
Wembley Stadium will be e-mailed a Ticketmaster link for the pre-sale by the
stadium. This includes those wishing to rebook accessible tickets.

Kind regards,
SJM Customer Services Team

Although it would be worth being prepared to phone them direct on the day as my experience is that they are not always prepared for these type of bookings on line

Aaaaaarggghhh the single worst venue in the country, why did they have to pick the bowel? I will give this a wide berth as I've been there before and swore never again. The best thing about the place is leaving it so I hope they do something next year instead.

I booked via that Foos link. Was that Wembley? I don't remember. Just know it crashed.

Or taxi to Wolverton station (about 5-10 mins from Newport Pagnell) which is then 5 mins train journey to central MK - would save the hassle of getting stuck in traffic.

Judging by the complete lack of joined up thinking by companies / local Council / Highways Agency last time, I really wouldn't count on it. Another reason why Wembley was the much better choice.

Careful, that's far too sensible a suggestion ... Ticketmaster and the like will miss out on screwing us over for more postage, booking fee, service charge costs
