Question Meet and Greets or VIP Packages

I'm just wondering if they're doing meet and greets at any venues or VIP packages? I haven't seen any myself. Anyone else?

No, I'm afraid Foo Fighters don't do that sort of thing. Some venues may offer their own VIP packages but they'll only be for premium seating and any venue specific perks like drinks/refreshments, not for meeting the band. Sorry!

You will probably never see them so meet and greets. It's not their style.

if 30 Seconds To Mars are charging $900 for meet and greet (and you have to buy a ticket extra..) imagine what the Foo's could charge... you'd need a mortgage...

Its just not their thing.

I'm glad it's not. Paid meet and greets like that must make the bands feel like prostitutes.

To me Meet and Greets should be free (either you wait all day for band arriving for soundcheck) or not at all. Paying ridiculous money for a fake experience doesn't float my boat.

I would never want to meet my heroes. I just wouldn't know what to say. Had brian may stand next to me once at a meatloaf gig. I just went cold like i seen a ghost and started to shake, and to pay for that experience 'No thanks' If i seen anyone from the foos i would run a mile. There music is enough for me. Cheers

Iíve met Taylor & Pat. Both were lovely. They seem to be the kind of guys to put you at ease if you are nervous.

I remember reading a story around the time Paul Newman passed away. A woman met him in an ice cream store in Connecticut. She got all flustered but managed to ask for an autograph. After he signed something for her she asked the person she was with "Where is my ice cream?" and Mr. Newman replied with a smile and "You put it in your purse"

I bet they are. They always come across real nice guys in interviews, just not for me.

Dave walked past me while I was outside the Invictus gig in London. Our eyes met but I couldn't bring myself to say a bloody word! I'm still thrilled about it though! OMG I'm such a child
