They said the same after Wembley... Except they even said something like it might be 10 years before they toured again.... But then 3 years later there's a new album and tour...

Saw one "headline" that said Foos set to retire! Talk about something blown way out of proportion!

Yep! I remember actually trying to get a ticket for that show, even though I was going to college in Milwaukee at the time. I guess it didn't matter in the end though...

But yeah, the Minneapolis show was actually the first one of that particular Dead Peasants tour, and it was actually a pretty decent show. I wasn't familiar with the whole album at the time, but the band sounded alright, and songs such as Blinding Lights and Bandaged were great too.

Funny story on top of that... I actually noticed an older couple talking to him before and after the show, and when I made conversation with them asking if they were fans or something, the lady smiles at me and goes "Oh, we're his aunt and uncle!" I guess they live in the area or something!

Here was a few pics I took during the night. It was at the 400 Bar over in Minneapolis. And yeah, everyone by the stage got a bit sweaty in the end!

watching the reading set reminds you of just how good some of their earlier riffs are, watershed!!

It was so good to hear a set that departed from the greatest hits sets of the last 6 years or so.
