Red face Re: Your favourite Foo Fighters album

They all have a special place on my ipod. For a long time I never knew the song titles cause I just played them over and over in my car. There are still some songs that I love but not sure what the title is!

Wasting Light is maybe my favourite above ALL albums, i mean from almost any other band (comes before Origin of Symmetry, Disintegration, Snow, Reggatta de Blanc... just to mention few), so I guess it's definitely my FF's best

It still has to be TCATS for me and I think it always will be as that's the album that got me into them.

Foo Fighters in 1995 but that was basically a Dave solo album, The Colour And The Shape is the first real Foo Fighters album as a band.

TCATS isn't just their best album, it's one of the best alternative rock albums ever. But I do love the first album in a close second.
And I'm relieved no one has said One by One.

This might surprise some of you, but I'd say that Wasting Light is my favourite, partly because it introduced me to the Foo Fighters, and partly because it's their most consistent set of songs ever in an album. There Is Nothing Left to Lose comes in a very close second, though.

1. The Colour and the Shape
2. There is Nothing Left to Lose
3. Foo Fighters (debut)

It's tough after this, a close race between Wasting Light and In Your Honor, but I'd have to say overall 4. would be Wasting Light. I think those top three are a fair amount ahead of WL, however.

Have to go with TCATS, but I like the acoustic side of IYH better every time I listen to it. IYH may be overlooked but that doesn't make it bad.
