Default Celebs at Foo's Shows

Hi,
Although I didn't manage to get in to see them at the Roundhouse, I did say "Hi" and asked for any spare tickets from Reggie Yates (Radio1 DJ) and David Cross (US Actor/Comedian).
Apart from the obvious (Jimmy Page, Taylor/May, Metallica, etc.) anyone else see any celebs (or wannabees) at the Foo's show on Monday, or any other shows?

Ed Byrne was there on Monday. Infact he was wearing a Foos t-shirt on the Apprentice "you're fired" show last night.

Seen quite a few at shows over the years, from big brother nobodies (Brian Belo was at MK) to what I suppose you'd consider "A" list celebs like Kate Moss.

Hi all, I'm new to posting on the forum, please be kind! There were probably more industry people than celebs in attendance. Many would have gone for the 'kudos' of tweeting that they were at the hottest gig in town.

I saw Ed Byrne in the pit at MK on the Sunday. And bloody Fern Cotton walked past the waiting crowd into the Roundhouse on Monday - she talked about the 'fight' incident on her show the next day, but said it was the song "Rosemary" they were playing not Skin and Bones.....she winds me up sooooo much.

A few years back I saw Sienna Miller (and Jude Law I think) and Jo Whiley at the Astroria (think it was there)

Not sure if Juliette Lewis at the Underworld counts as she was supporting them the next day at Hyde Park?

I do love a bit of celeb spotting!

Was a perfect gent when I spoke to him DB Cooper.
By the way, your usename is the same as one of my favourite nightclubs in San Jose, CA that I used to "frequent" back in the 1980s.

Two boys from McFly were in the pit Sunday at MK Bowl. Lots of young girls were stopping and getting their photos taken with them.

Ron Jeremy went to a few of the private shows in Cali and McLovin was at one if I remember reading correctly.

I saw Phil Jupitus at the Wembley 1 x 1 date.... he had 2 seats

I suppose this doesn't really count but I met Pat Smear at one of the gigs just before he rejoined......

I inadvertently elbowed Gwen Stefani in the boob at Spaceland in February. She and the dude from Bush waltzed in about 30 seconds before the band started and left 3 or 4 songs into the old-songs portion of the set. There were a bunch of other people I saw at the 3 LA shows but none of them were really on the same level. McLovin definitely was trying to hit on bartender and Skeeter from Scream was laughing at it.

Mickey Ward always goes to the Boston shows, he's super sweet. Some of the guys from Dropkick were at a show in Worcester on the In Your Honor tour.

no matter what movies the kid makes in the future, he's McLovin forever. Skeeter laughing at him hitting on a bartender is a Superbad worthy scene I'd love to witness myself.

Andrew Marr the BBC's political editor was in front of me queuing for passes for the Mean Fiddler in '03 - Jazz Coleman was behind me & he was as intimidating as fuck.
The Dublin Ambassador balcony was pretty much full with every band on the following day's Oxegen bill. The Guinness was free too which contributed to Billy Joe Armstrong missing a step in the bathroom, losing his footing & almost smashing his head into a urinal.

McLovin and the Piefucker should just wear tshirts identifying themselves as such at all times

DB Coopers in the 1980s...I recall it although wasn't old enough to go at the time.

As for celebs at gigs...we saw Harrison Ford which seemed a bit out of the norm but I guess his kid was in the opening band. Juliette Lewis a few times. Kathy Griffin. Oh and of course Ron Jeremy....he goes to a lot of Hollywood shows. The man likes his rock n roll.

Yea I remember that. They were there on the ESPG tour as well - I walked by them backstage when I was going to the bathroom. I'm a huge DKM fan (since their first album). I remember during the IYH Worcester gig Dave actually pointed out to the audience that DKM were there. said he played a European festival and heard the crowd going ape shit for them in his dressing room..."I'm a fucking idiot---I did not know who they where---this was in Holland---I have not seen a crowd go that ape shit for a long time--dedicated a song to them".

James Hetfield was sat in the row in front of me at the London acoustic show in 2006. He wouldn't give some fella his autograph. Not that I blame him.
