Ha ha - perhaps they've put this waiver in cos they heard I was coming. Never heard of this in the UK. I thought I heard they were using a runway from the stage to the sound desk which I suppose means 2 moshpits.

The worst part about the Palace's mosh pit rules is that you cannot bring food or beverages of any kind down there. They tend to do this for every GA rock show these days. It stinks.

That IS weird. People in the mosh pit need beverages more than people in the seats!!

They had the runway last tour too..I think it is just this certain venue that has this waiver.

Well I hope this waiver doesn't ruin it for you guys that want to get down the front. Sounds typical insurance crap to me - they gonna wrap us all in bubble wrap too ?

Gotta say tho I'm not too happy if you can't take a drink on to the floor. Once Foos are on it doesn't matter to me but I like a couple of drinks watching the supports.

I will be there with my husband. I've never been to this venue and I have GA.
I am nervous about the GA. EVERY MI show I have been to the crowd is ALWAYS out of control!!! I was at the Feb 2008 Detroit show waiting in line with Liz! My friend got pulled out. I survived it. I remember being sore the next day! Went to the July 08 Grand Rapids show and had to get pulled out because of all the dickheads. Soooo unnecessary! I am afraid of this whole thing happening again. No drinks on the floor??? GREAT!!!

I printed my own floor tickets from ticketmaster and didn't hear anything about any wrist bands or waivers. I don't remember doing that the last time they were in Detroit. Weird!

Just been reading the thread on last nights show and I am now seriously excited about being in Detroit on Monday, especially with some of the songs in the setlist I haven't seen them play in Europe this year ( See You !!! ). And I mean excited like I'm 5 not 51 !! Just wanna say thanks to everyone on the board for the advice and hope everyone going from the board has an amazing time.

This is obsurd
I didn't get a waiver form! I just ran like hell until I hit the barrier!

Default Free Detroit show tickets anyone?

88.3 WXOU apparently has one pair to still give away tonight until 8p.m. ET for the Palace of Auburn Hills show. Where's everyone who has ticket's seats at?

LOL Have a great week of Foo yourself. You should definitely try and get over to the UK to see them at some point.

Exactly 3 weeks since I saw them in Paris and exactly 3 days till I see them again in Detroit. Happy days !!

Now found out they're playing Brazil next year on my birthday - that would be a roadtrip
