arrghh i fucking knew it.

my friend will be rigging on this..so she'll get to meet 'em and stuff. she met Muse and Courtney Love last year. i'm sure she'll brag about it to me.

Ah, I didn't know which kind of awards ceremony it was, public or private. Is it broadcast at all? I'm sure I've seen previous years on channel 4 but I didn't really pay attention, could've be something else.

Yeah, it is broadcast & there's all kind of pre/post show stuff on NME's music channel.

There are concerts across London under the banner 'NME Awards Shows' in the run up to the awards. But this is the actual ceremony and the Godlike Genius performing at the show has been the norm for the past few years... it's only ever 1 or 2 tracks though.

I can also see that being a possibility didn't they used to an 'nme big gig' in the 02 arena? Something like that I seem to remember
