ff.com in no way endorses this event company...just helping out to provide links because of our spam filter.

Am I reading that right? They're trying to charge £47.50 per night for the priveledge of sticking your tent in a field?

Put your tent up in the field nextdoor for free? I just found the concept of paying someone to put your own tent up in the middle of Milton Keynes a bit odd.

To be fair, you could most probably put a tent up in the centre of Milton Keynes, and no one would bat an eyelid.

As much as i'd love to do this, I really can't justify £47.50 for one night in a field.

Just find a roundabout (it wont be hard) and pitch your tent in the middle of that.

I think most hotels are full, unless you want to pay lots of money... Maybe you can couchsurf or something?

Most hotels I tried were either fully booked or silly prices before tickets even went on sale it was only by a fluke I managed to get somewhere close by but it wasn't cheap

If I was going by car, I wouldn't even look for a hotel, man. One night in a car is fine for me

You might have to do what others are doing if you're coming up from London, look at hotels in surround towns. Some people on here have booked hotels in Bedford (20/30 mins from MK). Train from Bedford back into London is 45 mins.

I am staying at a Travellodge in Luton. From the friday to the money. There are 3, maybe 4 of us going. Anyone have any idea how much a taxi would cost to MK Bowl or know anything about travel from Luton to Milton Keynes? Thanks
