Don't get me wrong, it does suck, but it easy to get to. For you, it'll probably be train from brum to Northampton and Northampton to Milton Keynes. Then it's walkable.

Not been there in over 20 years. Ain't the best and I have a long drive there and back. But I guess it's gotta be done.

Is anyone able to shed any light on the priority of tickets going to those who were going to Wembley?
I put all my eggs (400 worth all in) into the Glastonbury basket and opted against Wembley for cost reasons and due to the fact that I saw them there twice before...
I already feel getting tickets will be an impossible ask.
Cheers

Thanks! We might drive though, depending on the bf. We'll see what he says when he comes home from work and realises it has hit the fan again.

Hotel booked, and now on standby for Wednesday morning.

Last Milton Keynes gig was an absolute nightmare to get home from, but I've booked a local travelodge and will have a quiet drive home before breakfast on Sunday morning.

I panicked when I got the twitter alert....but the dates worked fine (I get back from holiday 3 days earlier and fly out on business 3 days later!)

Bring it on!

I don't advise driving. Milton Keynes is an asshole to drive around at the best of times

Oh, ok! Thanks for the advice. I will have a look at trains after work (where I probably should be by now anyway ).

no surprise to discover people complaining about the new dates...

hopefully they announce prices soon so can weigh up whether I want to go to Edinburgh or not.

even if I don't buy I'm content to wait out another year or so (whatever it may be) to see them again

I wonder if previous Wembley ticket holders will be able to buy Edinburgh tickets with the pre-sale code? It might be more fun than MK. Don't fancy driving home soaked in other people's piss again!

It's mainly because we've been to Milton Keynes before.

Well, I am literally bouncing. Also a little surprised as I had accepted the fact we all may have to wait until next year.
Hotel booked for Murrayfield. Will have to beg for leave or shift swaps for the 8th Sept when I go to work later and my day off is Wednesday this week so I can start yelling in frustration trying to get tickets AGAIN at 9am but hey it will all be worth it. Thanks guys and see you soon!

Oh my Lord, chuffed to bits. MK is only 20 miles for me, and the week before we go on hols! Arranged to go to Lyon to see the Foos as missed out on Wembley, so will see them twice in two months! The only tiny blip for me is that I would rather see Royal Blood than Iggy Pop, but hey, I'll live with that!

Interesting. Milton Keynes is roughly 10 miles from my house, I do like the venue (clearly an exception on this one), and I enjoyed it there in 2011.

We'll see how it goes I guess.
