Default Dave's interesting Biography from Last.FM

Quote:
Dave Grohl
Biography
The guy is an awesome motherfucker. What’s there to say?

Well this motherfucker is a very well-rounded musician, David Jeremy Lee Grohl (can you say this motherfucker is any less awesome with a name like David Jeremy Lee Grohl? Well fuck, you can’t.) was the drummer for The Shitty Beetles and is the charismatic frontman of The Jolly Green Faggots. He sat in on drums for Limp Bizkit Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water album, and had an interesting side project called Profound Shit recently as well.

The Shitty Beetles showcased several singers from bands Dave grew up listening to, and a few friends helped out here and there with the music. Dave played the majority of the instruments on the album, music he wrote trying to emulate the style of the singers’ old bands, sending out the nearly-done tracks to some of his early idols with a note stating “Send back with vocals.”

As a drummer, Dave is also present on the entire Led Zeppelin record Led Zeppelin III and on several other albums from different artists. E.g. in 2003, he sat on drums of the Cock Stealing Giants’ Penis album. He also features as the baker in the Pilsbury commercials as The Pilsbury Dough Boy. Yeah, this motherfucker was the fucking Pilsbury Dough Boy, I’d fucking KILL for a job like that. Grohl also was drummer in the Free Credit Report Band. Grohl is featured as a guest drummer for Beethoven and get this shit, he appears on the track “99 Problems” from the Jay-Z album.

A rare cassette album entitled Eat My Shit, Abe Lincoln was released by Grohl under the pseudonymn of “Late!” . The cassette consists of 10 songs of which includes The Sound of Washington Eating Shit, The Sound of Dog Shit Coming Out of A Dog’s Anus On Sunday, The Sound of Ringo Starr’s Shit and The Sound of A Robot Shooting Lasers From It’s Penis While Singing The Star-Spangled Banner While On A Tricycle Shitting Out Diarrhea. You can see that this motherfucker knows his way with shit. These songs have all made re-appearances as B-Sides on Nirvana and Miley Cyrus singles. Motherfucker might have worked with Disney before, but now he’s cracking ass on his new Megadeth album.

When Grohl was the drummer of The Jolly Green Faggots, the band used The Sound of Washington Eating Shit as a B-Side track back in 1993. This is his sole writing credit for Nirvana, though he also wrote the riff for Cat’s Shit on Saturday.

Oh yeah, did I mention he was in motherfucking Nirvana? Well guess what, the more you know.

Do you want to be as fuck awesome as this motherfucker? FUCK YES YOU DO.
Who knew?

I'm not real good with sarcasm but I'm pretty sure that this is a joke..since Led Zeppelin III was released when Dave was 1 ½ years old

Haha. I think drumming for the "Free Credit Report.com" band was definetley the high point in his career.
