They are special editions from the original show posters, foil, embossed etc. They are originally bought for around $70-$100 each.

Glad to see someone else also appreciates these posters

Aprilshack knows what she's talking about The special versions (variants) mostly came directly from the artist's website. These sales happened at an announced time and sold out in minutes. Now that the 2015 tour has ended, I don't foresee any other variants being released so my suggestion to you would be to look on ebay. A good bit of these special posters can still be found there and at fair prices.

just had a look at the Artist Websites. Most of the 2015 Posters are sold out. Maybe I'll buy the on from Berlin which Shows Dave as a Ninja. There was also a Special Edition in red. The 7 pieces of it are sold out

Maybe I'll find some on Ebay. Christmas is coming soon so maybe the Christkind (German Santa) has a nice present for me

Would love to see Jermaine drop another variant from the 4th of July show. Every time he does a poster drop, he will release some surprise posters. I try and keep my eye on them.

I'm on the lookout as well but I do struggle with this one...
RFK variants have become bittersweet for me and probably others as well (FooZealand comes to mind). It's a positive but seems to have a negative impact as well. I felt the same way as you till I realized all these variants are somewhat bringing down the overall value as a whole and it's near impossible to get them all.

For example, when the Gold Gem first appeared on ebay it seemed like the holy grail and nothing else would come close to it. Now we know there's Laser ray & Brushed metal both limited of 5 prints just like the Gold Gem. Plus only 1 Water Foil exists. So when you combine those with the other variants it just starts bringing everything down as a whole.

But there is another positive.... each additional variant gives someone else another shot at getting one. After all, this is the 20th Anniversary poster so I guess it should be the most printed as well

My last post brings up an interesting topic... Quantity. I haven't researched and did the math yet but I think the Ames Bros Wrigley Werewolf wins. I believe there was 400 originals sold at the gig, then 350 online exclusive plus the purple variant.

The emek lava foil was limited to 25 correct? I was at that show in DC. Scored the poster from the pop up shop. Missed out on the EMEK but grabbed one from his website. Was the lava available at the show or just online?

Correct, only 25 prints. I was also at the RFK show and pop up store as well. To my knowledge it wasn't sold at the venue or on his website. So I'm thinking he probably sold them at a convention or art gallery.

I agree. The green looks better and goes with the theme "money"

that may be true, however (this may be me reading into nothing) money can be a really bad thing hence the red lava foil linking to hell or something. just a little theory seeing I've had a lot of time lying down the last few days

I only got two DC posters, my first show. I got the lineup poster and the 9x24 elf type things poster. Would love to find the others I missed. Also got the Atlanta poster. It's near impossible to find cheap frames because the elf and Atlanta poster are weird sizes

Jim Mazza is having a 40% off sale with discount code "HOLIDAYSALE". He said the sale won't last long but I just confirmed it still works.

So these two Artist Edition prints can be had for cheap!!

ACL regular - $15 after discount
Honda center skull regular - $18 after discount

http://mazza.bigcartel.com

EDIT: As of now there is no spot to apply the code so he must have ended it. Hope I was able to help someone with this discount before it expired.
