What? I think they're awesome. I love the energy they put into their show. I've seen far worse opening bands.

Yeti threw me a drumstick in Memphis. He threw another to me in Nashville from far away and it bounced off my hand and someone else got it. Oh well, I batted .500 and I was happy about that. Can't wait for 2 nights at Wrigley.
My friends got drumsticks at Lexington and Nashville from Yeti.

I only ever caught a drumstick once....at a Jane's Addiction show..I was so surprised I caught it I nearly dropped it.

Chris threw me picks at Lexington, Memphis and Nashville - managed to catch/pick up two of them but the other was snatched up by someone else.

I love The Struts too....such a fun band and full of energy....I'm seeing them headline two shows in LA later this month.

But I get that they are not everyone's cup of tea.

They do have a great rapport with FF - they all seem to get along really well and seeing Luke and Adam play with Chevy Metal in January was really amazing.

They just announced the Struts are with them on the summer tour too :-) I was hoping they'd continue. But they're only listed for the first show at Wrigley, not the 2nd one.

I just saw that...out of all of those shows I'm only doing 2 (Philly and Boston).

I'm doing a load more shows in the fall....would love The Struts to be on that leg too.

We missed the majority of the Struts and what we did see, I was not impressed at all. I couldn't make out what he was saying, but now that you typed that, I bet it was that because he kept waving his hands and I was like...uh..what?

Will definitely take our time getting into the Indy show.
