I only ask because i also saw a My Poor Brain demo on there I'd never heard before either. (The. MPB video description said William Goldsmith was posting them on his Facebook recently). Legit?

I'll check if it's possible when I have time but based on his other videos posted I think it's just something he made himself from the video game stems, all his other videos are from those.

That's pretty sketchy. 'See You' wasn't among the pre-production demos that William put out on his now-defunct YouTube page, nor are there any on his FB. He's taken the main track from the B-side acoustic version released on the 'Monkey Wrench' single.

No, this guy just mixed the Rock Band stems, and rather poorly at that. It sounds all mono.
If you really wanna hear what Will's originally drumming was, you can hear it in the headphone bleed on Dave's vocal track from the Rock Band stems. Sounds a lot jazzier.
