It also seems that the touts were out in force.
I don't see why it is so difficult to pinpoint these multiple sales:
a) Ban any PO Box/Locker addresses.
b) Look for suspicious numbers of purchases for the same building (ignoring flat number).

A basic bit of computer software/database queries could at the very least give a report of suspect patterns to a human to investigate and action.

Somebody stop me from buying tickets for the Friday show as well! Don't think the missus would be too happy to be dragged along to two shows (nor my wallet!)

Btw that was the most painless attempt to buy tickets ever. Very happy to see them for the 3rd time

QOTSA I could do, Royal Blood I'm not so keen on... twice at Milton Keynes was more than enough for me... I'd see Iggy again though

That being said, I'm not sure who I'd have supporting them if I had the choice, most of the other bands I really like are either no longer around or far too big to be a support act...

I normally go for a physical ticket, so not sure how quickly the email and print out tickets get sent through to us, any ideas?

Usually pretty quickly in my experience, it might not be till after the general sale though depending on how they do it.. it's probably easier to generate the whole lot in one batch.

It doesn't feel so breezy when you don't have them though . Unfortunately neither of the adults in this house can be in front of a computer at 9am until Thursday.

If it makes you feel better, there are already a couple of us on this thread with extra tickets, so if things don't work out someone can probably hook you up (depends what day/venue you want, I guess!)

I like your style, but harder to pull off when you have 30 little dears expecting to be taught Telling myself we will breeze through on Thursday and wonder what all the fuss was about <hopefully deluded>

have a worksheet pre organised, put it onto the interactive board and pause it. say they have 15-20 minutes to complete it (in silence), whilst you are on your computer buying tickets.

win.
