Trust me... Princess Cassandra and Queen Knoxy was terribly missed last night.
I was bummed when I heard Taylor's band wasn't going to be there... because I really wanted to hear previews of his new stuff. Then, it went to my typical way of thinking the worst and started worrying that something bad had happened to Taylor and started to feel selfish. Then, I heard buzzings that it wasn't too bad.
The Rumours I got by osmosis from the room was Dave, Pat and Rami were going to jam with Charly Coombs... then, mentions of having Lemmy in tow... then rumours of them not coming... then rumours of Taylor being with them. So, I decided to stop walking around the room and catching bits and pieces of the rumour mill.
...
One rumour heard was that Taylor will be bringing his little band of thieves to European and Austrailian festivals later this year. I hope this one pans out for all of you.

I like the new song that's on the myspace page ... a lot! It's got a TCV groove.

Thank you for reminding me to check myspace; I love Way Down & can't stop listening to it! Though I have no idea where you get the TCV comparison from.

I like! Not as instant as You Drive Me Insane, which was the first song I heard last time round but that's probably a good thing

I meant to say QOTSA groove, actually (I mixed them up, sorry!). But I suppose I am way off there too.

Rumour has it that the Coattails CD release party will be at the Troubadour... emphasis on rumour.
Where'd you pick that up? Just from talking around at the show?

By the way the line about Taylor having to catch The Office always cracks me up when I read through this thread.
