I took another look at the e-mail. I see the CapitalOne logo in the upper corner, but don't see anything that says it's for CapOne cardholders only.

I reckon the sound would probably be better in the Garden...of course, if I had unlimited funds, I'd go to both!

Sorry if that doesn't help in any way!
Nope...that all does help and you are right, should they cancel it will be a mini-vacation. I'll be devastated, but it would still be fun

I went to both MSG and Fenway last tour.
MSG I like better because it is inside (less potential weather issues) and sound is known instead of at Fenway. Friends of mine were in seats at Fenway and not on the floor and were sitting behind a pole and it was blocking their view.
Fenway also puts zip tied folding chairs on the floor, so you are stuck in your 1x1 foot area and no moving. MSG GA is just open.

Never been to Boston, so that's why I had Fenway over NYC. But you bring up a good point. A couple of off the setlist covers and some Dave ramblings and you end up with a 20 song set.

It is Capital One. This was the link they promoted in the Welcome to Rockville announcement.

The CapitalOne Presale is different to the regular newsletter presale.

CO presale is 10/26, newsletter presale is 10/30 except for Wrigley, which is 11/6 for both. But still two different allocations/entries.

For the CO presale you need a CO card and that's your code of entry. For the newsletter presale you just need the code in the email.

Sound wise MSG should be much better, the acoustics are nice there and it’s an indoor venue which is almost always better than outdoors.

That said the Fenway shows will be more of an “event” in Boston- they’re on a weekend, the capacity is 3x MSG, and they don’t have tons of concerts there. If you’re looking for more of a “party” vibe, Fenway will feel like that. Msg has events every night of the week and there are a ton of things going on in NYC, particularly in summer, so there won’t really be a buzz about the event around town.

You could always do both budget permitting- it’s roughly a 3-4 hour drive.

I hold season seats in WPB. So I don't need tix as they are part of season.I am so freakin pumped. Going to Tampa and Rockville also.

Here is a little tip for you. The Amphitheatre in WPB is a Live Nation Venue. Some of the best seats in the house are allocated for season seat holders. They all do not get used and are not released to general public thru TM. You can call the Live Nation Premium /VIP ticket rep for the venue and buy seats direct thru them. You will pay more, but you will get VIP parking, lounge, bathrooms and bars. But get kick ass seats.
My seats are on the aisle,5th row. Great sight lines. I say this because County shows rule the roost at our venue. We get plenty of rock shows, but the country shows are the ones corporate seat holders covet. Rock shows have way more VIP tix not being used so there may be better seats up close available. I know the 2 seats next to me were not owned this year and were sold per show.

The Richmond show was insane. The crowd energy for over 3hrs was just special. What a great show and packed setlist. Will be hard to top this tour.

I'm going to try for that super small pit section. I use to get tickets in there all the time, but I've been striking out the past couple of years. Thanks for the VIP tip.

Anyone know if the presale codes are unique to our e-mail accounts, or is it the same one for everyone? I ask because my siblings are attending different shows/sitting not near me at the one I'm going to, and want the code from me. Should I demand money?

Thumbs up Re: New US Tour Dates For 2018!!!!

For the first time in thirteen years they're coming to Tampa! WOO HOO! I went to the Richmond show and it was awesome. Things could get pretty interesting if the Tampa Bay Lightning make the playoffs. I think I'd opt for the Foos that night.

I've never seen them at Wrigley before. Any idea how many pit tickets they sell to that? I'm assuming it'll be crazy trying to snag some before they're sold out
