I looked yesterday! Still nothing. Then I had a chat with myself about if I really needed them. I decided yes.

Hoping they will put some baseball shirts up. I like the style of those.

I had to purchase the set of bobble heads with the Toronto Bluejays theme.
Too cool.

About £68. I really shouldn’t buy them. But I want to. I’m going to twist my gig buddy’s arm on Sunday to go half and half

Anyone happen to grab a couple extras in NY? Sticker, patch etc...

In Toronto I got the Bobble Head set, mini baseball bat keychain, guitar pick set and patch.

So then I got last minute flights and a ticket (as you do) I went by the pop this morning. They had 20 or so posters left. I didn’t get one there’s no way it would get back home in one piece in my luggage. I brought a poster home (something completely different) once a couple of years ago and it was ripped to bits.

Poster tube on carry on? Mail it to yourself?

I got a poster tube and put it diagonally in my suitcase, packing my clothes around it - carry-on wouldn’t work but if you have a case booked into the hold it wouldn’t be a problem.

Not much left at msg shop. I was second in line this morning. Just t shirts, 3 night posters, pint glass and buttons. I managed to get a foil and normal poster but not too keen on them to be honest. Just seen Todd slaters poster for tonight and also don’t like it very much. It seems like every gig I go to has a shit poster. There’s so many good ones for other gigs but I can’t justify buying one for a gig I haven’t been too

I use one of these. Just carry it on and put it in the overhead bin.

Thanks for the tips. Think I’ll go look for a poster tube if I pick one up later.

No, after he said he got a last minute flight I was thinking if it was so last minute & all he has is a carry-on case then he may not have the space to squeeze the poster tube in.

I got a poster and managed to get it home in one piece. I went to K Mart figuresd that’s the kind of place I could find a poster tube. No luck. Didn’t have time to look elsewhere I had to get back over to JFK for my flight back home.

Put the poster in my carry on. Diagonally and put clothes around it to hopefully keep it in place.

Thankfully cos my carry on bag is that reinforced plastic type stuff it seemed to do the trick!

I did have a case in the hold as it was an international flight. Decided to keep the poster with me. My case came home half empty. My friends were so disappointed in me for not doing more shopping. I didn’t go for shopping I went to see foos and go to the empire state building. I achieved both those things.
