Not Very Impressed with the £170 Deluxe Bundle...
The Flight Bag Is Missing - With no Explanation from the suppliers..... I've e mailed them twice since Friday! Still waiting for a reply.....
Russian Dolls arriving in a Dented Plain White Box and Opened....
Temporary Tattoos Mis Spelt Tepotary...... Pretty Ridiculous to send out with Spelling Mistakes..... £170 wasted.... and a cheap T Shirt with No Tags or anything, doesn't even look new....
In all pretty disappointing considering it cost so much. Wish I hadn't bothered now.....
Perhaps the Distributors will respond one day???

The USA store sent out an email regarding the bags. There was an issue with the flight bags so the deluxe bundles have been sent out without the bags but they will be sent at a later date. Seems as though the UK store didn't send out the information which is pretty crappy.

As far as I know, they don't work weekends, so it might be that they're working through their backlog of emails and other such stuff. Give it a day or so before you email again.

I was slightly surprised they didn't send the email out - they could have just copied the US store's one.

I never got an email confirming shipping, but it was delivered Saturday.

I emailed them on Friday asking where it was....still no response to that! But I have it now, so I'm over it

Mine finally arrived yesterday, without the flight bag.

Also received an apologetic email from the supplier, after two emails of complaint to them. Quality of the merch didn't upset me too much, but this flight bag damn well better be a nice item.

I ordered the cd deluxe bundle as a gift for my wife she finally got it today,not great for a preorder you expect it for release day not 4 days after. It came minus the bag(would have nice to have been informed about it rather than have to read it here) and also the tshirt was the wrong size, so I'm not very. Impressed.

Arrived today but the nesting dolls have a crack and won't open.

Seems like with each album these deluxe bundles are getting progressively poorer quality wise.

Mine arrived today. As a previous poster found, the nesting dolls packaging was rough - dented and opened - and the Nate doll is made quite poorly. The passport has that very plasticy smell to it, but the covers of it and the journal feel pretty nice. Other than that, i'm excited to announce the arrival of the vinyl to the neighbourhood.

I can't get my Russian dolls to open
I don't want to be too forceful in case I break them but I bought the deluxe set pretty much for them so I could open out and display.
Anyone have hard ones to open that they managed to get into? Tips would be appreciated please

My deluxe vinyl package finally arrived today! I didn’t have any issues with any of the products. Everything looks great! The nesting dolls are fucking awesome! The coins are better quality than I expected. The journal and passport seems to be quality made as well. The t-short and socks are awesome too, the gold print on the shirt has a glittery gold shown, very neat. Now I was bummed that I wasn’t able to order the black on black vinyl from Merchbar. I contacted them and they told me it was a one and done deal and no more would be produced, however when I opened my package, the Foo’s came through! I, surprisingly and totally unexpectedly received the black on black limited pressing. Fucking awesome!!!!
