Default Chris Shiflett and The Dead Peasants?

I just got a myspace email notification that they added me. I think this is the Campesino's profile with a new name. No idea if it's a new band or just a new name. I am not on myspace now. Just posting this as it is the first time I've heard of the name.

well...campesinos = peasants and the campesinos all quit...so I guess they're dead to him now...

I'm guessing it's just him recording all of what would have been Chris Shiflett and the Campesinos.

oh...and he's recording tomorrow.

The other guys are probably off doing something of their own. Joe has been recording/touring with the mighty might bosstones. Not sure if Scott's still busy with face to face and I've honestly no idea about Doug.

You can never be sure if thier drummers are a permanent fixture, so I'm not sure Joe's commitments would really prevent anything from JU. Scottlett, on the other hand, is recording the new F2F record (that was never going to happen ♥) as far as I know (but maybe they're done with that now). And not releasing VD 3.0 *shakes fist*
And Doug just doesn't exist outside of Jackson

2/13 in SB - yup, I'm there. Nice long 4 day weekend, and appears to be the only show I'll be able to hit up since there is nothing in the LA area. SJ would be a good time too, but it's gonna have to be one or the other.

SB! San Jose is way too far.
I'll hopefully be able to drive by then, if not can I go with one of you?
This has the potential to be an amazing trip. I can go visit people at UCSB.

ooops sorry Cassandra, I somehow missed this...of course you will go with us. Or we will go with you. It'll work out. Will you be able to stay the night or is that asking way too much of the situation?
