I liked the first two tracks just fine, then Congregation hit and man was it awesome, it was kinda in your face but really feel good at the same time, fell in love with it for sure. Same with In The Clear, dug the verse lyrics first couple of times I heard it and the horn section elevated it. The rest of the tracks are just fine, I dig What Did I Do/God As My Witness a bit too, solid release for sure.

Funny! Several are saying they didn't change enough ... Still I'm with you, I think it is significantly different in many places, and the songs kick big time ass! Every one!!

For me SH gets better and better every time I listen to it. And i think it's soooo important to watch the SH-series to understand the meaning of the Songs and the lyrics and why every single song sounds like it sounds.

Anyone else think the first 80 seconds of I am a River is very Pink Floydish ?

For me I think the start compares to The Who's Love Reign O'er Me

To my surprise, the song I keep coming back to has been Something From Nothing. Something about the groove in the first half and Dave's vocal delivery makes it really fun to sing along to.

Usually I get sick of the first single right away but this one has done nothing but grow on me.
