Default Are the Foo Fighters the New Mothership Connection?

Jeez,
there are soo many Foo related things goin' down these last few years it's
RAWKSOME!!!

(Them Crooked Vultures, Tenacious D, Taylor Hawkin's Coattail Riders, Jackson United and Dead Peasants, Probot, just for starters for bands,
then you get to
Yo Gabba, Walk on THOR, Sportscenter and other Sporting events playin' Foo Material, Lemmy,
Alice Cooper,
Cee-Lo,
Corey from Slipknot playin' Foo material, all the Lolla bands and festival and even Pop groups, like the Joy Formidable- lookin' to Foo Fighters shows,

heck, even Sir Paul McCartney jammin' and talkin' garage production with Dave,
it makes one remember the sweet 70s when
we wanted and got the
FUNK!!!!
and

George Clinton and Parliament, Funkadelic, and the P-FUnk rode in on the Mothership to Glory-
bringin' the Music and Dancin' and Rock and Funk and the music industry (Earth, Wind and Fire, Commodores, even David Bowie (FAME) together)

I ain't complainin', in fact I'm in awe,
and to paraphrase one of Dave's most personal laid back tuneage:

"Ain't It the Life!"

Cheers:>

They could cover Billy Joel's "We Didn't Start The Fire" and replace the whole lyrics with these names.

I'm drunk with adulation for the Foo Fighters!
:>

[Nah, but seriously mates, I'm sorry my threads don't 'Stacked" up- I guess it's just a case of "Big Me" which makes my threads arrive on page "D.O.A."

"I'll Stick Around" just in case you think I'm "The Pretender" and look out for the beter threads from the "Best of You". I never really meant to be a "Monkeywrench", it's just that I'm so excited about getting to see the FF's Live because they are "My Hero".

I'll "Walk" away from the keyboard now, head in my hands ashamed, and just come "Back & Forth" every once in a while to not "Miss the Misery" sure to be flung my way.

Really, "I Should Have Known" that the thread had no chance,
sorry mates.

cheers}
