When I was little I grew up listening to all their songs, but I didn't know it was The Foo Fighters, I never made that connection, until I was watching T.V, and heard "Big Me", and that was it. Then I heard "Monkey Wrench", and I asked my parents if I could borrow their Foo Fighters albums. That was only last year, too!

i liked this is a call and big me so got the album and started to follow then came breakout my poor brain, and all the others i have two collections of all the albums one for me to play all the time and one for my kids when they get older and they can have their own collection
there are so many songs i love but best of you is the most sentimental didnt see my child for 2 years and this song really played a part in that time when they played it at wembley on the 7th and dave got emotional i had to bite the inside of my mouth to stop myself from blabbing

I would have to say Monkey Wrench (which is also fun to play in GHII), and in later years My Hero, and Aurora. TINLTL is the first physical FF CD I purchased, the rest are all digital (bought and paid for...lol).

I think Everlong was the first song that really hooked me. That whokle cd in fact hooked me, I don't think I took it out of my stereo for at least 6 months.

Best Of You

After I listened to all their songs, I realized Foo Fighters were a major part of my Childhood. I didn't know they sang half the songs I listened to as a kid.

well my uncle showed me Skin and Bones dvd and thought it was amazing, he gave me all their albums and i listened to them, gradually i just began to love them. The song that really got me hooked was probably Times Like These, i had heard the song before somewhere but i had no idea that it was a FF song till i saw S&B.

Stacked Actors. I was a late Foo Fighters bloomer

Here's the story: I was recovering from my second kidney transplant and my sister, who was 19 at the time, was my donor. My brother-in-law took us to the music store to get us out of the house, and while we were there "Learn to Fly" was playing on their sound system. I thought "Hmmm, I like this song, I'll buy the CD." Well, when I got home and put it on and heard "Stacked Actors", I was like "Holy Shit, this is GOOD!" (as was the whole album) I went out the next day and bought TCATS and the Self Entitled. They actually played a really big role in my recovery (still do!)

It would be 'Times like These' Many years ago. Didn't really listen to them for ages after that until 'Best Of You'.

I bought 'In You Honour' album when it came out... and the rest they say is history!
I have their complete back catologue and i listen to them everyday!
