I recently took on a very corporate client. It's kinda the same thing. It pays well but has basically shattered any chance of me working ethically. At least I get to buy Foo and not food stamps!

Not that we know of, it's all pretty much the same matching versions of the same thing. DVD vs Bluray is where you get the mentioned differences, but so far all the audio releases match as far as I know.

There could be the traditional argument the the Japanese pressing uses better materials (ie higher quality media), and the first Japanese pressing could have something included, but we'll have to wait as they are still to get out the door.

Yeah, I got my notification just now. Ace! All items despatched. I also saw on the JB Hifi site they have an Aus blu-ray and DVD. Must buy those!

Anything missing?

US CD/DVD/Blu/Vinyl
UK CD/DVD/Blu/Vinyl
JPN CD
Aus CD (and DVD/Blu)

Is there a second press JPN CD? Is it worth getting?

FYI - I saw that the Japanese government is forcibly reducing the value of the Yen. Now may be a very good time to start buying those releases you've had your eye on for some time!

Cool packaging is a bit overrated, but I just like the japanese packaging and the obi's.

Got my US stuff today and the Japanese CD arrived the other day. I left the Amaray DVD on my order but it's exactly the same as the normal DVD. As expected. So I now have a spare sealed US DVD if anyone wants it? $14, free EU postage.

Nice to see the US still seal everything while the UK takes the lead in being environmentally friendly and just ships without extra unnecessary shrinkwrap. Maybe they should offer this an option, like, are you planning on collecting these records and do you want it shrinkwrapped? Otherwise, stop destroying the earth and just have a box!

Eco rant over!

Just the US vinyl to arrive. I'm presuming it will either come by courier later today in a massive box or it got held at customs. Once I have it I'll complete the Discogs listings, missing Japan and Aus CD's. Question, can the DVD's be added? Technically, they're a movie. I have a ton of Backbeat VHS's and I was wondering if they could be added too but I'm really not sure.
