I had one extra ticket for the DC show. Katy & I were talking to the Starbucks barista near my hotel and he mentioned he had never seen them and didn't even realize they were in town. I asked him what time he got off work and did he want to see them. "Noon and hell yes!"

I gave him my extra ticket. The next day I checked back to see if he went and enjoyed the show. That guy was still smiling!

It feels good to do nice things for appreciative people. The next day he paid for my order. The guy was a student working 2 part-time jobs and said he never could have afforded the ticket.

Pay it forward!

My sister is a fan too, but my girlfriend (i bought the 3rd ticket for her) does not even like the Kind of Music they make.

She likes all of this electric shit Everytime i listen to Dave & co. she doesn't like Daves voice and she tells me that the 11/11 in Vienna will be her death She only likes Taylor because "he Looks kinda ok and smiles everytime he hits the snaredrum"

But I still hope ( for 1%) that she will Change her opinion about the Foos after the gig... fingers crossed

So, I guess selling my two extra tickets to a scalper in the parking lot for $15 a piece isn't exactly as cool as Cheryl's story!

Was anyone else able to grab one of these? I got a shattered foil poster. Wanted a fireworks one, but man did they sell out fast!
