My bag finally figured out where I live No complaints quality-wise, generous with all its compartments, and something I know i'll use for the tour, overnight trips and whatnot. When all's said and done, it was worth forking over the extra $$ for the deluxe bundle, even if getting every item was a clusterfuck. The only item i'd say wasn't worth including was the nesting dolls, which were hit-and-miss as far as quality goes.

I ordered the vinyl bundle (UK store) that I received a few weeks ago (nice bag btw).

Then, I ordered another one (cd bundle without the bag) still at the UK store on October 2nd and still nothing (I emailed them two weeks ago and I got no answer).

A friend ordered her album when she brought her London tickets in the general sale and not received the album yet does anybody else know if they should have received it by now

Give her the details - order number and date etc and she will step in for you. But try one more time just to give them the benefit of the doubt that your first email went astray

Dont know about there but here in NZ I ordered a copy of the CD through ticketmaster qith my tickets. If that's the kind of thing you mean, then it was processed by Sony directly after being passed by Ticketmaster and it took the best part of 7 weeks

Yes - send her an email with the order details and what contact attempts you have made about it. That's definitely not good enough.

It really is incredibly disappointing just how bad the overall level of service has been shown to be in many cases.

I ranked the most recent versions of the store in one of my emails to Jill (and let's just say that she um... didn't disagree).

You're welcome (for what help it was) - and it could just be coincidence - but prob not

Jill is really awesome at just quietly doing this stuff in the background. What's equally important now is that management and LN keep getting hit when they screw up. It's the only way things might either really get better - or the band perhaps finally say it's not good enough.

There will be a contract period too no doubt, so they could be tied in to a year or something before they could just not renew if it was bad enough. One thing we can say is that management do know a good number of people have not been happy.

My DG tea towel is over due but without having to email a complaint I received an email apologising and saying they expect it in two weeks. Maybe they are starting to listen? It’s not hard s to send an email when something is going to be late.

That is beyond awful. I make it you're missing socks, the t-shirt, passport holder and the coins?

Time to email Jill again with the image. She will get some response as to what the hell is going on. Here's what will prob happen: They will say its a genuine mistake or that they are waiting on the rest. This will come from her and not from them (they will never admit their error direct to you, nor the hope that you will just give up lol). Eventually you will either get your items or possibly get a refund. They wont advise you of anything about either possible end result now - you are a problem and they do not communicate with problem people they are just unnecessary.

My actual advice is that you take your order details - your payment details, your emails and the very photo you just showed us - you print them all out and you go see your Bank and demand a credit card reversal for the full transaction be at least initiated for merchant response. Both VISA and MC will honour a charge-back where you can prove you are not sent what a merchant sells you and they are not responding to contact.

If enough people did this - these shittiest of companies would either get things right or go out of business. Of course LN are huge so thats unlikely, but the card companies have policies on this stuff - its in their terms and if THEY dont uphold them THEY can be taken to court, so when pushed they very quickly refund, because they just instantly charge it back to the merchant.

Since my fiasco I bought some coins from the US store simply because at $5 each I could live with $20 being at risk.

I wanted to buy some tea towels, would have bought US posters, no doubt there will be other stuff too - but while I'm not pulling out of collecting, I no longer have any desire to deal with LN unless I absolutely have to. And honestly I've come to realise that almost nothing is going to be worth it unless it was another signed special edition (like the WL sets) or something equally important.

I hate saying it but I seriously hope this crappy service impacts the bands future sales enough for them to realise that LN just are not worth being associated with - whatever the kickbacks are in gigs etc.
