Took us 2 hours to get home to SW London last night wtf :-)

Great night and gig, we were in the right hand pit towards the back. Thanks to all the info and tips from the Friday people. Made everything a lot easier even with the stampede. Lots of lovely people bar the twat who tried starting a fight during Monkey Wrench. Kudos to the girl with the blue hair who gave him a mouthful and the middle finger.

Missed Starcrawler and The Kills but doesn't sound like we missed much. Slaves were a lot better than we'd expected.

Was a bit surprised how close to the curfew they stuck. Was hoping for an O2-esque overrun but maybe that's just a bit greedy :-)

Me too. He made all the fuss about staying as late as he wanted. Then finished at the curfew anyway. Why?

Probably didn't fancy paying all the London Stadium's staff overtime

I’m guessing they got a severe bollocking or more likely a substantial fine for over running on Friday night.

Did he really, though? I remember him saying they had a lot of songs and no time to play them all, but that they'd play as many songs as they could. Pretty standard for Dave.

I think that was when he was on the runway for My Hero? When he laughed at that guy who was gesturing at him to stop talking and start playing.

Had a great night last night but suffering today as found a bar near Stratford International and got home about 2.30.

We had really good seats at front of upper tier in line with the end of the runway. The crowd were well into it and the standing area looked pretty intense. I love their sets but wish they’d drop the covers as they don’t really add anything. I didn’t bother with the supports as I don’t like any of them, it seems I didn’t miss much. Overall a great night, a throbbing headache, not much of a voice and I ache all over.

On way home having had breakfast in Bethnal Green with a lot of Foo clad others. My 10 year old sang their little lungs out and
Rock-fingered like the best of them. Until about 10.15 when they ran out of gas😁. Still they will always be able to say Foos at the Olympic Stadium was their first proper gig.
Obvious point of the day - 80,000 is a lot of people!

I was there last night (23) at the London Stadium. Holy shit, what an amazing performance. Everything was absolutely perfected and I was blown away, like everyone else. I really enjoyed Run, that song is massive in the stadium, absolutely massive!

That video is brilliant. I was too the left and as soon as the middle broke ranks I legged it as well. Feel gutted for those who ran for the middle barriers who clearly did not know there was golden circle had they run to the sides
