That post tour come down
It’s real. In 24 years of following this band around - there’s something about a UK tour cycle that feels like Christmas. Or school holidays. It’s an exciting time of expectation. When it’s over it’s hard to adjust back to reality.
Please help me.

Know the feeling.
Think it was personally worse for me after the Pula gigs in June as that was a perfect storm of the gigs and everything else that was going on/people I shared the experience with. Still.... work is not going to be fun this week.

I found a tweet I did last October saying thank you and a goodbye to the Concrete and Gold tour, yet here I am after doing shows this year.
It’s been a good’un, don’t think the comedown has hit me… yet…

After the gigs in June all I could listen to was the foos and it made me miss the gigs more... since the two last week I haven't listened to them yet which has probably helped.
Got a load of gigs coming up so kinda need to remember what songs I'm probably going to be hearing

I lost my voice last Friday at work. Not sick as such - just my voice is gone.
Obv. I made it worse on Sunday and I’m currently still husky AF and it’s not a week later.

Every gig I go to - I always say it's going to be my last one. I've seen pretty much every serious one on my bucket list - sometimes more than once. Sunday marked my third time seeing the Foos.
Why do I say this? Cause it's a pain in the ass to make attendance at a concert happen. Also - if I've seen a band already I sort of feel guilty for seeing them again. I know that every concert I've been to means cause of me someone didn't get to go. I like to think if I skip the next one - that person managed to finally get that ticket. However - my mate insists he's going to make sure one day I see the Foos for a fourth time. So who knows?

That was my third time and saw them twice in a week of this batch of gigs. Just makes me want to go to more!
Currently having dreams that I’m there and then I wake up to a dark room and it’s not real guess Fooblues have kicked in. Can’t believe Glasgow was two weeks ago already...Can’t wait to see what they’re planning for next year!
