nope, they took it when I got wanded, but I got it back after the show. I should've put it in my pants & held my car keys in that area so that they'd think the keys set off the metal detector. Bit of a bummer but they were much tighter with security then the other two shows were

Funny, I thought, that we all spent all that time together and then once we got it- I was like "where the hell did everybody go?" LOL! -Cuz we all have are "choice spots" . Its a bummer ya got sick but you had a great time and apologized! Neither of those things happen very often;p

LOVE IT! Sufficently destroyed is quite righteous indeed! I always end up with an additional part of my body being sore-this time, out of all things its the tip of my toes to the balls of my feet-I assume from standing/jumping around on my tip toes?!

I remember you! I did a "walk by" around 930 that morning when you all were on the other side of the building-then I came back and sat there for about 20min before I realized the line moved! UGH! But I still got a great spot in line You guys were very efficient-pizza in line-well done!

Well then you can just go fuck yourselves. And you might as well have, because I didn't fucking MOVE.
Word! And btw I love your Emerson quote- I have the full quote framed and hanging in my house- good stuff to live by! Oh wait.
You ARE legendary(and NOT OLD!) Glad to know its taken years just b/c Im still trying to figure it out myself-And I think the next go around, Im gonna try to get to different spots -I normally am on the rail in the front right side near Pat/Nate and Dave but after seeing it from the perspective of where others are( via YouTube of course-something I dont do- I want to WATCH the show not record it!) , I dont know- I think I should move away from my "comfort zone" haha and try different areas next time?

I'm getting there! Still working on Atlanta, and have Charlotte and Philly to do before I get to DC, but they will be on my Flickr page soon! (link is in my sig).

Yeah, that was where we ended up. The one thing about that spot was that there was a speaker partially obstructing my view of where Dave was half the time. But it was all good.

At the DC show Dave hinted about doing a show at the 9:30 Club. Any rumors on when that might happen? Looking at their tour dates they will be off for over a month between the Australia shows and the Japan shows. My guess (with fingers crossed) is sometime between mid December and late January. I saw them at the 9:30 Club on the In Your Honor tour. If you have never seen the Foos play in what is essentially a bar with a stage my advice is to do everything possible to get to this show when it happens.

Finger Re: Washington D.C. - Verizon Center

Hello, im a first time everything here. I knew of the foo fighters for a while but i started to become a hard-core fan after waisting light was released.

I went to the DC show, and it was amazing. These band is really down to earth and whats more appealing is that its a drummers band.

Im hoping the 9:30 club show is jot just a joke but a promise.

Next album tour in Fed-Ex field (that would be really cool)
