I would just go with the four current members. They've been established as Foo Fighters since 1999, so... Although, I wouldn't mind Pat joining - since he has done some actual recording with the Foos. William only recorded on The Colour and The Shape, while Franz only performed on two non-album songs.

Then again, if The Colour and The Shape was practically the equivalent of Led Zeppelin's untitled fourth album for the Foos, then I can imagine that some would like to see Will. However, it'd be hard to have a touring Foos with both Tay and Will in it - since it's easier for a rock band to have multiple guitarists, than to have multiple drummers/percussionists.

Oh, yeah, and I would prefer for the songs to all be rock. No offence to those here who like acoustic, but that really isn't so much my cup of tea.
