Yeah I really don't see anyone thinking of going to see the band then changing their mind and downloading a random bootleg instead. Like I said before, they can already do that with unofficial live recordings.

That is prolly the correct answer,
I guess it's just that when it comes to any band- you cannot please everyone, and really would go nuts tryin' to do so.

Whether it be, different recordings, different formats, differents sets, et al,
I think the FFs are prolly best to keep their own counsel and just do and release whatever makes them most happy!

Yep I always try to come across a good recording of shows I was at. I'm lucky enough with this band to have had one of the shows filmed and released professionally (Everywhere But Home).

I have been to concerts for a band in Oz where they have had the cd of the show available at the end of the show, its awesome, you order it as you go in, pick it up afterwards, or order online and it was posted, had all the banter etc on it, it's fun to re-live the night and have the "oh yeah l remember that" moments 6 months down the track etc.
