Biggest ever Washington D.C. show - July 4th 2015 at RFK Stadium
So we've all seen the picture of the guys stood inside RFK Stadium, just like they did before the Chicago show. Assuming a show there is about to be announced soon, looks like it'll be July 4th to celebrate the exact 20th anniversary of S/T being released.

I think Scream and/or Bad Brains and/or The Dont Need Its would be there somewhere.
I said last week when the Chicago date was announced it'd be nice if each SH City got a massive show celebrating local bands. This whole: tweet club poster - club gig - tweet stadium pic - announce stadium gig & repeat thing is great.

 With all due respect to those bands, I think a BIG show needs BIG name bands.

Haven't seen Foo Fighters at RFK since the 1998 HFStival. Remember do not eat at the concession stand. This show is a throwback . Trouble Funk, RDGldgrn, Teen Idles, Scream, Minor Threat, and Fugazi. Well I think Foo should add Periphery to the bill even though the DC metal scene is weak and they mainly play hometown shows in Baltimore. However that band started in Bethesda.

I am so there however if the ticket gods are unkind I may cry..
Also, plus on this is that RFK sells tix thru ticketmaster as opposed to tickets.com (Wrigley) so we actually have a chance at tix. I am can't believe I am saying this but I am grateful for ticketbastard this time.

Remember do not eat at the RFK concession stand. Its freakin ewww. I do mean it. I dunno how its improved after the Nationals played there for a couple of seasons but man I dunno how the Washington Redskins had concessions there. I hope its all GA like the Old HFStivals.
