A couple of dirty looks and a snide comment are a small price to pay. I did give serious thought to the suggestion of kidnapping the boss!

Now I have a confession to make. I didn't pre-order the album, as I was away and just forgot. Rather than beg for the code like so many have this last week, I simply e-mailed the customer service guy, told him I hadn't got a code e-mail and he sent me an apology and the code within 10 mins! I felt bad, but I will live with it. Does this make me a bad person? This was the day before the newsletter code got sent out and if I'd known that was coming I may have been tempted to avoid being naughty.

BTW anyone looking for cheap digs, Travelodge in Ilford (8 mins by train from Statford) 51/room for the sat night. Sorted.

I'm happier than a dog with 2 dicks.
That's a bargain, do trains run late enough though?

The train station is near to the Ilford Travelodge....
I dont think the TRAINS run 24hours...
Its just a few of the main tube lines that do this.

Gants Hill tube is about 1.3miles away on the central line which is a 24hour service at weekends.

Latest timetables (it's on TFL rail) would suggest we are ok up to about 1.15am, so even a mammoth set list wouldn't stop us getting back to our digs

Okay
I did not pre order from the store but did pre order elsewhere. And yes I decided rightly or wrongly to give the code to those who had been on the forums for a while. I thought that was only fair.

I always book into a YHA hostel in central London, 24hr tube on Friday and Saturdays make it super easy to get back into the centre... plus at 30 a night I'm not complaining

I did. I've had a chest infection for the last week so haven't worked properly for a few days. Handy in a way, but still sucks lol

Hopefully I will get tickets for London tomorrow in the presale MKII.This will be the 3rd I bought tickets for the Foos this year(if I get them ) Had tickets for Riga and couldn't go and ended up giving them away to a guy I know has family in Riga and I had tickets for Berlin and a last minute emergency meant that trip was a write off so when the the posts started to come up on FB with the Union Jack I could hardly contain the excitement levels.I really hope that I get them tomorrow.Kicking myself I did not buy the CD in the presale but I did buy it twice, one copy for the car and the other for the garage.

Quality, will keep an eye on it as I'm hoping Friday tickets come up in a few months, can't afford to get tickets for both dates this month!

Is it confession time?.. I didn't preorder either. I just randomly recieved one from the foo fighters store. It maybe because I brought a tee last week? I'm not complaining but I feel a little guilty. It looks like there was plenty of tickets to go around though

Can highly recommend the YHA St Pancras, I've never had a bad stay there and as it's in kings cross nearly every public transport option goes through there. I've just booked from the Thurs to Sunday next June for 99- pretty sweet for 3 nights in central London!

(I can only vouch for the female rooms- they only do single sex ones so no idea what the blokes rooms are like!)

If anyone wants a room at the Premier Inn yards from the venue for the Friday night I have one that I won't be using, I can cancel it and you can get it for twice what I paid or you can have it for what I paid for it. I will be using if Saturday night so i'll tell you where to hide the beers for me
