And that's exactly why I went for the more expensive 110... peace of mind. Concert placement anxiety is almost as bad as ticket anxiety.

Hope everyone got the tickets they wanted today!!

We got 4 tickets yesterday but we really wanted one more actually. so today we're trying for one more ticket but keep getting this: "Unable to accept payment

We're really sorry, but unfortunately we are unable to accept the payment or address details you have provided.

You can talk to one of our operators on (+44) 0871 220 0260 (calls cost 13p per minute plus network extras), or start again from our home page."

any help would be apreciated!

they will keep coming in and out of availability due to peoples payment failing or them timing out. it's only when it says pre-sale sold out next to them that they are all gone.

I believe 4 is the maximum you can purchase to one address. Try calling that number as it suggests, and they may be able to add one more?

I had the same issue so I used another credit card and created another account on gigs and tours under my wifes email in case they were not allowing more the 4 tickets per event per account. Now the whole family is going.

Correct, according to the flyer sent with the code - "**4 TICKET LIMIT ON ALL TRANSACTIONS – THIS APPLIES TO PRE-SALES AND THE PUBLIC ONSALE" Sorry for the CAPS but that's how it was typed on the flyer.

they only put out a certain amount of tickets for presale, might be just 10% or something. on friday, the majority of the tickets will go on sale.

thank you so much for the tip, that was indeed the problem. I borrowed my mom's address then and it worked now my 17-year-old stepson can come too and hopefully get to know some real music and forget about that aweful drum 'n base
I'll buy you a beer if you happen to be there on saturday to thank you

There will be loadss of seats available at doors opening opposite block 110 for those with regular standing tickets. Totally understand buying the peace of mind though.

If GnR and ACDC were anything to go by expect side stage seating in lower tier to be VIP but going by the club vip packages ive seen they dont have them listed as vip seats at the moment.

Can’t recall a sale before when tickets were more readily available an hour after they’d gone on sale than just a handful of minutes. Went back in three times for tickets. Nice little group for next June.
