Mine are so hard, but at least weather is good. I saw either ex fiancée earlier, either that or an almost clone of her, that in spite of it being over 18 months, I’m still not over. It just reminded me of how they’ve got their life mapped out and I don’t feel recovered and my life is still a mess. I’m stupid for holding feelings but I’m just too sensitive and emotional. That plus the comedian from the gig, and leaving London after an otherwise great weekend.

I’m tired, run down and wishing I could see Foo Fighters again so I could scream and let my inner tension out. Last night I think the camera man filmed me screaming the lyrics to These Days. I screamed the lyrics with hurt passion.

Sorry, I know this is probably all too much but close to breaking down sat on train on way home. Just want to be home so I can scream and get upset and let it out of my system.

I did wonder when they'd next be back, I saw them August 2012, then, September 2014, last saw them in November 2015, next in June 2017. So its mostly been a couple of years.. however.

They've played big shows in the UK, in 2008, 2011, 2015, and 2018, not including festivals, I doubt they'll play another UK festival, as they've done Glasto, and can't see them coming back to Reading/Leeds, as I thought they'd play there this year, but they've outgrown them I guess.

So it could be 2021 before they're back at Wembley or London Stadium, though I wonder if they'll have a longer break.. and that is depressing.

I think we should know by now, Dave can't do long breaks. They've said they will twice now, always failed.

Sorry I didn't think
I was promoting that eBay auction. Here's the details without the link. Rare Limited Edition Lithograph numbered at 209/400 for the Foo Fighters gig on the 23rd June 2018!

That date on the poster is misprinted making this Lithograph rare as there are only a few sold with misprinted dates! They took them off the shelf after they realised so these are very limited!

Limited Edition

Also signed by the artist who created the art for this limited Edition event lithograph for this gig!

These posters are the ones that are numbered and dated as the smaller ones they reprinted later in day are not dated or numbered, these are the rare exclusive ones limited to 400.

EXTREMELY RARE

Is this true?

I could see them doing Reading/Leeds next year as the only stop in this country.

Tough times DJR197! I know this pain, I'm sure many here do, feel you should be long over someone but this thing is not shifting!
A lot of this stuff is buried deep in our dna/instincts, do not beat yourself up over how you "should" be feeling.
Set out an easy goal for this week, World Cup is fun even if don't like football, rewatching a favourite movie, whatever, but something you really like set up as an event just for you. Little highlights coming up soon is the way foward. There's not another a Foos concert this week, but set up another thing you like and it's easier to put one foot in front of the other.

Mine isn't signed as far as I can tell.
Once the merch guys were told the date was wrong, they took down the Display poster but kept on selling the posters anyway, but I don't know for how much longer.

That'd be nice, could see another O2 date as a warmup for it.

Hopefully tommorrow you will feel better. I think everyone feels a little down after a big event and everyone has been waiting for these gigs for a long time so the anticipation has been bonkers. I was like a kid on friday night waiting for yesterday.

haha, me and my partner were on that far side and I quote, the Steward Team Leader, "Woah! woah!... Stop... "woah! …… You guys are crazy man!" as everyone bombed past him lol

Poor sods trying to hold the line had no chance.

Just got home from London and had a great time!
Was on the front barrier of the GC but had a speaker + Camera guy slightly spoiling the view of the stage and I dunno if it was because we were so close but felt like the guitars volumes were way too low and being overpowered. Still had a blast tho

Captured a few songs, including both Chris and Taylor upfront on the mic which will get round to uploading later...

Totally makes sense why they try to do that at stadium events, stampedes can obviously be very dangerous, you'd just think they would've come up with a better way to do it after all these years. A wall of stewards never works.

Life is a pile of crapola sometimes and sitting on a train going home on a Sunday is a great time for it all to hit you. Sorry you have this at the moment.

Shot in the dark, I was to the left side of the golden circle, dancing with a great guy with a CKY T Shirt, long hair, painted nails. We bumped into one another about 5 times throughout the day, spent a bit of time drinking together etc!

Great night. Rock 'n' roll unites the people
