The times Ive seen the Foos, I've gone on my own.
No partner or friend to worry about. Just me, enjoying the show.

Wives support group called "For All The Cows" ?? :P

Can't wait for the arena tour. I've heard rumours of late Jan/early Feb from a mate who works at the O2. Really hope it happens, I missed the last arena tour cos I was on holiday n my parents forgot to order my tickets!

Wembley Arena & Milton Keynes have got me craving a full tour.

Dave said they wouldn't be back for "a really long time".... however I think he's said that most shows I've ever seen them play....

You have to consider that this tour looks pretty busy and the guys all have kids now so maybe there will be an 18 month to 2 year period of them not coming here.

I appreciate and echo your enthusiasm for having the Foos tour again but seriously you're asking them to come back when they'll be here tomorrow! lol

I can't see it being that long at all. There'll be an arena tour for "Wasting Light" at some point. The UK is possibly their biggest fanbase, they'd be crazy not to tour here.

I'm pretty sure I saw an interview where Dave said they would do some big shows & then do an arena tour.

I read today that the Foo's were supposed to be in talks for next years Sonisphere festival (don't shoot the messenger if it's not true!) So, if it turns out to be true & they do this, perhaps there will be some arena shows next year or another big headliner show like MK?

Yeah, I get that and I really hope you're right...

but, they're pretty booked up until 2012 and by then "wasting light" will be 9 months old, therefore a tour which would usually be used as a springboard to help album sales won't be necessary.

I guess it depends on their schedules, family commitments etc...

but yeah, bring on the arena tour next year

I guess. Families shouldn't be much of a problem though, they've recently said the beauty of being so big, is that they have their families out on tour with them atm.

He'll thank you in the end I'm sure! The Foos have that effect... and if he isn't a fan after a live gig then he never will be!

It's true, Sonisphere organiser Stuart Galbraith is in talks with FF and RHCP to headline one of the days at the weekender next year.
