Boston Show

So, the first time, at 10 AM, I tried to get 2 floor tickets and nothing came up.
So, I tried again and I was directed to tickets for the LOGE section and decided to buy them. I didn't want to risk not being able to go to this show. Then,
I tried for a GA floor ticket, just one, and the page came up for me to buy it. I just had to because I'm a huge fan who's never seen them live.

It's quite sad, I tried since 10am this morning, and wasn't able to get anything on the floor, or on the side of the building. Most were way back, and now it's only offering me behind the stage.

I ended up paying 100 extra to get section 1 seats, and will try to get better/lower ones when it goes on-sale to the public on Friday.

No matter, I got the seats I wanted, and paid a bit more then face value. I haven't been to a Fooshow before, so I want to make sure I can take it all in.

Definitely try on Friday. I was looking for Lodge seats and pulled up GAs three times between 10:10 and 10:30, in between pulling up Lodge seats at the far end. I need seats because my friend won't do GA, so I'll be trying on Friday. The best we could find this afternoon balcony. It really doesn't seem as if they released any decent Lodge seats during the presale.

I kept getting blocked out, then I could get 4 in the the last row in the balcony then nothing but then I gave it a minute and got loge 5 row 1 so I jumped on it

So I just got an email from ticketmaster - Boston Tix on sale tomorrow. Fotr months I've gotten a presale email from the fanclub for every other tour date in the country and Europe, BUT NOT for Boston!?!?! We've been checking every few days and nothing. Now I find people have been buyiNg through presale! So disappointed- hoW can this be?

Not sure how happy I am that they moved from Worcester- we'll see how the bigger venue pans out. Wish me luck tomorrow with the rest of the herd trying to get tix. Stoopid presale email hating on me!

Did anyone try for tickets today? How did you make out?

My friend and I were both online refreshing the webpage at 10:00 and kept getting the 'tickets not available' page until 10:06. When we were finally able to select tickets we kept pulling up balcony seats. I didn't expect to see GA, but your telling me all Lodge seats were available and sold out during the presale? I don't believe that for a minute. I finally pulled up a pair of club seats in 137, row 2, and settled for those. We've been trying both single and pairs since then, and nothing better than balcony. It was easier getting decent seats for the East Rutherford gig.

Ticketmaster must be bi-polar or something, today I got there on the dot and had no issues getting GA tickets. Then I looked up seats for my friends and my waiting time was 24 minutes and after waiting those 24 minutes it said no tickets were available. Guess you gotta take the good with the bad.

I tried to find better seats then the Section 1 Row 15 seats I got on Stubhub, but had zero luck. I did actually find club seats further back, which I'm wondering if I should have grabbed those, but looks like I'm stuck with what I got on another website.

I want to know what happened to all of the Lodge seats went? I have never not been able to get a pair of decent Lodge seats.

My friend just pulled up balcony 312 row 2 tickets. We might ditch the club seats I got this morning and keep these ones the view is a little more head on than.

Logged on this morning at 10am and got a GA Ticket. Easy. I hope everyone gets the tickets they want. This is my birthday show!

Thanks Ticketmaster for nothing. Wanted two tickets to Foo Fighters. Logged on the minute they went on sale only to find nosebleed seats in the back of the venue. On top of that after trying for 3 hours to find newly released seats I was blocked from their website for 24 hours. After contacting customer support I was set "straight". Apparently this is their new "safety" system to block ticket sites from purchasing all the good tickets. Apparently that has not stopped the ticket sites from buying a number of great lower level seats for twice the face value, while I sit at home blocked from the only website that sells tickets at "face value" (minus of course fees).

Yep, absolutely. Their system isn't that foolproof, 30 minutes after the pre-sale for fan club members went on, most of the good seats were on third party resellers. I ended up getting mine on stubhub for about 30% more then ticket value, but even after trying for another 2 hours today, those were the best I could find. Sad to say, but I recommend keeping your eye out on other websites, ticketmaster isn't going to be much of a help for you now.
