Eek! Newsletters not received!

Hi,

I signed up to the mailinglist to get newsletters a few month ago, but I haven't received anything. Maybe there is a problem with my email address? When I try to sign up again, I get the information RELAX, WE'VE ALREADY GOT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. But I dont receive any newsletters!!!

Now Im a little bit nervous, because I fear to miss presale codes for the new tour dates in Europe. I want to join the show in Antwerp next year!
Please, can someone help me???

It's an automated system. All I can tell you is to check spam and junk and make sure that foofighters.com is listed in your allowed sites. Some spam/junk will delete stuff you never see.

Thanks for your reply. I checked my spam, nothing inside.
Furthermore I signed up to the mailinglist with another, my @gmail.com address. I received nothing, too. Its very strange.

I had a similar issue.....for some reason I couldnt see the news letter on my gmail on my laptop unless i actively searched for them.

Do a search on your inbox and if you find one mark the sender as important (starred) and that way going forward they will always show up.

I had to to search to find them too on my gmail after I did find them I set up my email so they were prioritized

I am in the same boat. I've added two emails and am looking for the newsletter with the password for member ticket sales and it's yet to arrive in either email! I searched, but found nothing. Help!

As per Jill's original post in this thread, the mailing list is an automated system. You add your email to the list, the system sends out the newsletter to every address on the list. It isn't human operated and none can be sent manually. If you're not getting them I'm afraid there is nothing we can do.

But to clarify, the last newsletter went out on October 23rd, the day the dates were announced. I cannot say for 100% certain, but I'm pretty sure it will go out again to those who signed up in the past few days as instructed on the announcement.

So please sit tight, if nothing is sent out before the 30th we'll see what can be done.

I'm also from Belgium, and I would love to receive that Pr sale code, because the ticket sale starts in 11 hours, I would love to beat that and be able to preorder

Uh Oh... I tried to post a link and I am not allowed to! bbs.foofighters.com does not allow new users to post links until a minimum post count is reached. This regulation is in place to prevent spam.

I am having the same issue with the newsletter. I have a friend traveling from out of state
in July to see this concert with me and am concerned that I won't be able to get tickets. Is there any other way to get a presale ticket?

When did you sign up? If it was after the 23rd, no newsletters have gone out since then. The next one will go out on the 29th, or earlier.

Me too! I signed up a few months ago and never got anything... so I tried again and still didnt get anything! Well.... Im a newbie to this forum and Im pretty much clueless to how it works! (Pretty much me all the time in general) I dont have a spam folder, everything comes directly to my phone. Even things I never even heard of make their way. Help me!! Please! Im driving my husband insane trying to get him to figure out where it is going!
