Are you free 21st September 2019?
Hey Dave! Are you free on the 21st September 2019 to play our first dance at our wedding?
Bit out there... but thought I'd ask  If you do find yourself in Kent, England, UK on that date next year we would love you and any friends to attend. Can't afford to pay you anything unfortunately but there will be a free bar... Happy to private email the details? Kerry & Joe |

I always think that having a rock star, or any other "celebrity" that you admire, come to your wedding would be such a waste.
I mean: it's your wedding. It's the one of the best days of your entire life. Having Dave there won't make it better; it can't BE any better. Go ahead and ask if he's free (zero chance, btw) but at least spread the joy and get him along to a random Wednesday or something.
